O PRESIDENTE DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE GOIANA, ESTADO DE PERNAMBUCO, no uso das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, com fundamento no art. 12, \u00a7 39, da Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, bem como no art. 51, $ 19, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 1.566\/92 – Regimento Interno deste Poder Legislativo -, faz saber a todos e a quem interessar possa, especialmente, aos senhores Vereadores, que, pelo presente Edital, fica convocada, Extraordinariamente, conforme solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa deste Poder Legislativo, para se reunir, a partir do dia 15 de janeiro do corrente ano, \u00e0s 10h, no Complexo da Policia Civil de Goiana, para deliberar sobre os Projetos de Lei n\u00b0 001\/2025 de autoria do Poder Executivo Municipal, que, em sua ementa, “Fixa o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo a ser pago a seus servidores, pelo munic\u00edpio de Goiana a partir de 1\u00b0 de janeiro de 2025 e d\u00e1 outras providencias”, e 2\u00aa Discuss\u00e3o do Projeto de Lei n\u00b0 040\/2024, que em sua ementa “Autoriza o Chefe do Poder Executivo Municipal e Desapropria\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1rea para instala\u00e7\u00e3o de Empresa Industrial e d\u00e1 outras providencias” e os Projetos de Lei de autoria da Mesa Diretora da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Goiana de n\u00b0 001\/2025 que “Disp\u00f5e sobre a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do Sal\u00e1rio M\u00ednimo a ser pago aos Servidores, concede reajuste dos Vencimentos, Sal\u00e1rios e Proventos a partir de janeiro de 2025” e 002\/2025, que “Substitui o Anexo l, da Lei n\u00b0 2.637\/2024 e d\u00e1 outras providencias” ficando, desde j\u00e1, todos os Vereadores, devidamente, cientificados e convocados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
