A data relembra o protagonismo hist\u00f3rico de Goiana nos movimentos revolucion\u00e1rios de 1821, quando a cidade foi palco da instala\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo Provis\u00f3rio de Pernambuco, marcando sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o decisiva para a luta por liberdade e democracia no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cerim\u00f4nia foi conduzida pelo vereador Ramon Aranha, que presidiu o grande expediente da reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria.
